Season Tickets & Event Packages

Season Tickets & Event Packages

Some sites sell Season Tickets (multiple games in a season) or Event Packages (several events bundled together). The flow is similar to single-event tickets.

You'll see Season Tickets or Event Packages in the nav only when your site offers them.

Season tickets

  1. Click Season Tickets in the main navigation.
  2. Browse products and open one.
  3. Pick ticket types and quantities, or choose seats if there's a seat map.
  4. If you have a promo code and see Enter Promo Code, enter it and click Apply.
  5. Click Checkout.
  6. Review the summary, then continue to payment.
  7. Log in or create an account if you aren't signed in.
  8. Pay on the checkout form.
You must be logged in to complete purchase. Promo codes go on the product page before **Checkout**, not on the payment page.

Event packages

Event packages bundle tickets to multiple events in one purchase.

  1. Click Event Packages in the main navigation.
  2. Browse packages and open one.
  3. Pick the options shown (quantities, seats, or tiers — depends on the package).
  4. Enter a promo code if you have one: Enter Promo Code → Apply.
  5. Click Checkout and pay while logged in.

After purchase, tickets for each event show under My Tickets, grouped by order.

If you had season seats last year, the organizer may email you a personal renewal link (/renew/{token}). It's not in the main nav — use the link from your email.

  1. Open the renewal email and click the link.
  2. Review Your Seats and prices.
  3. If seat changes are allowed, use Change / Change Selected Seats / Confirm Change.
  4. Note the offer expiry at the top of the page.
  5. Click Confirm & Checkout.
  6. Log in if asked, then pay.
Renewal links expire on the date shown on the page. If yours expired, contact the organizer — you can't renew with an expired token through the regular **Season Tickets** page.

After you purchase

  1. Check your email for confirmation.
  2. Open My Tickets (or My Account → Ticket Orders).
  3. Click your order to see tickets for each event.
  4. Add passes to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, update holder names, or transfer tickets as needed.

Some orders have bulk wallet buttons to add all tickets at once.

If something goes wrong

The nav link is missing.

Your site may not offer season tickets or packages right now. Contact the organizer if you expected them.

Promo code won't apply.

Enter the code on the product page before Checkout. Click Clear and try again, or contact the organizer.

Payment failed or checkout closed.

Check My Tickets for Complete Payment on the unpaid order, or use the notification link.

Renewal link shows expired.

Ask the organizer to resend an offer or help you buy another way.
