Important: When you purchase tickets through our Platform, you are buying directly from the Event Organizer, not from TicketSnap. We act as the technology platform and payment processor, facilitating the transaction between you and the Event Organizer.

2. Your Consent

Event Organizers use this information to:

  • Manage event attendance and entry
  • Provide customer service at the event
  • Send event-related communications (changes, reminders, updates)
  • Contact you about future events (only with your express consent)

Event Organizer Responsibility: Event Organizers are independent data controllers who must comply with applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA and provincial privacy legislation (BC PIPA, AB PIPA, etc.). They may have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information. We encourage you to review the Event Organizer's privacy policy. If you have concerns about how an Event Organizer handles your information, contact them directly.

5.2 Sharing with Service Providers

We share your information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform:
