These camps are a new twist on summer camps that model the NHL's style of development camps. We will play games, but the focus will be on skill development ice times, guest speakers presenting, off ice training and showing the 40 accepted participants what a day in the life of the BCHL looks like. Players will participate in three guest speaker presentations, a fitness testing event, as well as two team workouts. Further to that, all players will receive one team practice, one position specific skills practice, one small area game practice and two games. Prior to the games, players will receive a pre-scout video presentations from the Express coaches.
